REACH for Success with Weight Loss Surgery

In this presentation Barbara covers the sources of our obesity problem, achieving a goal weight and accepting that our lifestyle must change. She looks at how to use our tool effectively for successful weight loss, and how to maintain that weight loss. She discusses common post-op problems that we all need to watch out for. She then celebrates the success of many of the attendees and uses audience participation to discover yet unfulfilled dreams. She uses stories and humor to illustrate all of these points. 

A Celebration of Success

In this purely motivational presentation, Barbara looks at the definition of success and reasons why we often don’t give ourselves credit for how far we have come.  She challenges attendees to recognize what sometimes holds us back from the true success that we deserve. She then celebrates the success of many of the attendees and uses audience participation to discover yet unfulfilled dreams. She uses stories and humor to illustrate all of these points.
